Piano Teacher's Music Guild（P.T.M.G.）とは

At P.T.M.G., we are dedicated to fostering mutual understanding and cultural exchange between Japan and the United States through the universal language of music. Originally established in 1993 as an association of piano instructors, P.T.M.G. has grown with the aim of enhancing music education by providing a supportive and inspiring community for its members.
We believe that teachers play a vital role not only in guiding students but also in learning from and inspiring one another. By engaging in mutual reflection and shared learning, our members seek to deepen their understanding of the essence of music education, cultivate expressive and enjoyable musical performance, and pass on their passion to students with warmth and care.

Our programs are tailored to meet the individual needs of each student, setting appropriate goals and helping them experience the joy of achievement through auditions, workshops, and other activities.
Furthermore, P.T.M.G. is committed to broadening perspectives by organizing public lectures, master classes, and lessons with music educators from around the world, continually seeking new pathways for each classroom. Through these efforts, we strive to create meaningful connections and collaborative opportunities, promoting global citizenship and intercultural communication that lead to a more harmonious and interconnected world.
